What you'll do

• Assist the Chief Engineer with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates
• inspect rooms and identify repairs
• coordinate vendor bids and contracts
• oversee small projects
• perform general maintenance and repairs across walls, paint, electrical fixtures, televisions, plumbing, heating and cooling, and kitchen equipment
• complete preventive maintenance and work orders
• maintain grounds, life-safety systems, records, and code compliance
• support guest satisfaction and sustainability practices.
