The Line Cook role is onsite in Austin, TX, and pays $22–$24 per hour. Ema is a Mediterranean restaurant at The Domain NORTHSIDE and is part of Lettuce Entertain You’s restaurant group. The cook prepares, produces, and presents menu items while maintaining food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. The role supports restaurant service by following recipes and special requests, managing station counts, and communicating food delays or issues to the coordinator and service staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and special requests
• follow portioning controls and par levels
• maintain food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• monitor menu item counts and communicate low quantities or delays
• account for items leaving the station
• follow allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
• safely use kitchen tools and equipment
• work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
