What you'll do

• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques and work toward sales targets
• greet and assist customers, provide product information, and handle inquiries, complaints, and returns
• provide patient customer service and maintain confidential, HIPAA-compliant paperwork
• package pre-orders
• verify required documentation for deliveries
• deliver products in-store or via home delivery
• operate POS systems
• maintain the sales floor and inventory
• set up promotional displays
• follow state cannabis-retail regulations, recordkeeping, HIPAA, and loss-prevention requirements.
