Training Specialist – HOA and COA Management

Job overview

The Training Specialist – HOA and COA Management role is primarily in-office in Charlotte, NC, with at least three office days per week and full in-office presence during onboarding weeks and major rollouts. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. Cusick Community Management serves more than 300 communities throughout the Carolinas. The specialist owns employee onboarding, systems education, program rollouts, ongoing training, board training, and offboarding coordination, helping employees and community boards use company processes and systems consistently and effectively.

What you'll do

• Manage new-hire onboarding and competency checks
• develop and maintain training plans and materials
• serve as an internal training resource for CINC, HOAce, AvidXchange, and Vonage
• train employees on system updates
• lead program and process rollouts
• identify training gaps
• train community boards
• coordinate employee offboarding and system-access revocation.
