What you'll do

• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, aerial photographs, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other data to plan and design projects
• calculate costs and assess feasibility
• use computer-aided engineering and design tools
• prepare and modify reports, plans, estimates, schedules, studies, and designs
• coordinate project changes and activities
• research regulations and design techniques
• and prepare renderings, imagery boards, and planting plans. Short or day trips to jobsites and client meetings may occur
• overnight trips are generally not required.
