The Direct Support Professional - WEEKENDS role is an onsite position located in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is $10.00 per hour, and this role supports the residential treatment centers at the Autism Treatment Center. This role exists to assist individuals with autism and related disorders in their daily lives. The incumbent will support the implementation of consumer service plans, assist with personal care and dietary needs, and ensure a safe living environment during weekend shifts.

What you'll do

• Follow all Autism Treatment Center Policies and Mental Health Procedures.
• Assist in the training of personal care, communication, recreation, housekeeping, dietary needs, and assist in self-medication or administration of medications.
• Support the implementation of the Consumer Service Plan through the coordination of services.
• Document medication sheets, incident reports, clinical program logs, and data collection.
• Conduct and document rounds each night.
• Handle stressful situations with patience and flexibility.
