What you'll do

• Plan developmentally appropriate home-visit learning activities
• work with parents on weekly lesson plans
• conduct screenings and assessments
• maintain children’s files and supplies
• complete progress reports for children with IEPs or IFSPs
• support recruitment
• monitor and educate parents about child health with Health Services support
• plan two socializations per month
• attend family meetings
• document case notes
• maintain confidentiality
• support school readiness and family engagement.

Why this role
