The Community Engagement & Outreach Senior Manager role is hybrid in Cambridge, MA, with at least two days in the office and a 32-hour workweek. Salary is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center’s mission is to end sexual violence through healing, empowerment, and social change. The senior manager leads community outreach, partnership development, prevention education, training, and public engagement. The role strengthens BARCC’s community relationships and coordinates inclusive, survivor-centered efforts that support its mission.

What you'll do

• Develop community engagement strategies and partnerships
• oversee community collaboration projects and represent BARCC at events and public forums
• coordinate prevention education and training
• develop curricula, resource guides, and other materials
• support community events and awareness campaigns
• track outreach, training, budgets, and grant reporting
• coordinate with External Relations, program teams, and leadership
• supervise interns and volunteers as assigned.
