What you'll do

• Represent borrowers in commercial finance transactions
• structure, negotiate, and document syndicated and secured lending transactions
• advise on asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities
• draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and ancillary financing documents
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple transactions through closing.
