The driver transports disabled, impounded, or damaged vehicles and responds to roadside assistance and emergency towing calls. Safe vehicle hookups, inspections, dispatch coordination, and customer service help deliver prompt support to motorists.

What you'll do

• Safely operate tow trucks to transport disabled, impounded, or damaged vehicles
• respond to roadside assistance and emergency towing calls
• perform vehicle hookups and winching using a wheel lift and proper equipment
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• communicate ETAs and job status with dispatchers
• assist motorists in stressful roadside situations.
