What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the tax credit community and comply with applicable housing regulations
• provide customer service to residents, prospects, and community partners
• manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations
• review monthly operating statements and budget-to-actual variances
• prepare monthly financial and property performance reports
• ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance, including income certifications and recertifications
• maintain resident files and documentation
• supervise property staff and uphold operational standards.
