Call Center Representative

What you'll do

• Answer telephone calls professionally and provide general information about the practice, services, and clinical staff
• schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
• redirect callers to appropriate staff
• check answering-service voicemail and receptionist and scheduling-coordinator messages
• ensure patient requests are handled
• scan referrals into electronic medical records after assigned actions are completed
• document call information according to standard procedures.
