What you'll do

• Respond to Service Desk requests by email, telephone, and portal
• gather information and assess issue complexity
• troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN software, desktop equipment, printers, network status, mobile devices, and applications
• develop help sheets and FAQs
• troubleshoot and configure Windows 10
• document troubleshooting
• assist with software licensing and setup
• report outages
• work with technicians on onsite needs.
