What you'll do

• Rewind AC motors, DC fields and armatures, wound rotors, alternators, and transformers
• record winding data and measurements
• perform insulating and varnishing, including VPI processes
• operate specialized testing and winding equipment
• conduct electrical diagnostics and core testing
• meet EASA and internal quality standards
• assist in mentoring junior personnel.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of electric motor rewinding experience, and a valid driver’s license. CDL and DOT health card are preferred. Standard daytime hours with occasional overtime or weekend work based on project demand.
