What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and community members
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, academic areas, residence halls, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and assist with visitor directions
• document incidents and patrol activity and communicate relevant information.
