Regional Director, Western Region

The Regional Director, Western Region is an onsite, full-time position based at a Western Region office in Asheville, Forest City, or Morganton, NC; it is not remote. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Directly and indirectly supervise employees delivering regional MH/DD/SAS services
• guide management and frontline staff
• maintain working relationships with federal, state, and local authorities
• ensure client records and programs meet applicable standards
• support audits, monitoring, and accreditation reviews
• monitor service quality and continuous improvement
• attend assigned meetings
• collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth
• protect confidential employee and client information.
