Assistant Manager

What you'll do

• Help plan daily business needs and improve processes
• interview and help select candidates
• maintain daily records, temperature logs, evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists
• coach employees
• attend weekly store-manager meetings
• ensure catering and online orders are accurate and timely
• build relationships with staff, guests, and managers
• uphold company standards and policies
• be available for opening, mid, and closing shifts.
