What you'll do

• Convert customer specifications into annotator guidelines, decision trees, edge-case libraries, and onboarding materials
• build qualification tests and gold-standard sets
• run pilot and calibration rounds and resolve ambiguities with customers and delivery leads
• maintain versioned guidelines
• design project quality plans and sampling methods
• select task-appropriate metrics and acceptance thresholds
• configure review workflows in the labeling platform
• create reusable quality playbooks
• own final quality sign-off
• monitor quality, investigate defects, drive corrective action, and produce delivery quality reports.
