What you'll do

• Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan, test gates, traceability matrices, and milestone metrics
• design and oversee System Integration Laboratory operations
• implement automated regression testing
• lead ground and flight test events and prepare test cards, hazard analyses, and safety packages
• capture telemetry and troubleshoot anomalies
• analyze test data and prepare reports
• integrate test automation into DevSecOps
• guide junior engineers and coordinate with certification authorities.
