Temporary Recovery Case Manager

Job overview

The Temporary Recovery Case Manager position is onsite in Denver, CO, scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., for up to 15 hours per week and ending in May 2027. Pay is $26 per hour. The role supports Harbor Light Center, a relapse-prevention and transitional-living program for men, including veterans. Under a licensed program manager’s supervision, the case manager provides individualized services that help residents address recovery, housing, and stability needs and prepare for successful community reintegration.

What you'll do

• Provide individual case management and group processing
• use cognitive behavioral and strength-based approaches
• conduct screenings and assessments
• identify barriers and develop case plans
• coordinate short- and long-term planning and service linkages
• monitor progress and coordinate case conferences
• run assigned group therapy and educational sessions
• document treatment plans, case records, and discharge summaries
• support veterans in transitional housing
• advocate for clients
• coordinate with referral agencies, community resources, and natural supports
• participate in meetings and training.
