What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
• monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes.
