The MEP Assistant Superintendent – Commercial works onsite in Fredericksburg, VA, with compensation of $60,000–$100,000 per year. The role supports Atlantic Constructors’ commercial construction team on ground-up and large-scale building projects. Working with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager, the assistant superintendent coordinates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities. The role helps manage field operations, safety, schedules, quality, labor, materials, and project costs to support successful project execution.

What you'll do

• Supervise MEP field foremen and oversee a trade scope
• coordinate with engineering, estimating, quality control, and project teams
• guide crews on budgeting and scheduling
• coordinate site safety
• review look-ahead schedules and project progress
• ensure materials and resources are available
• review daily logs and job costs
• manage labor projections
• and support drawing and VDC coordination.
