What you'll do

• Greet members and guests, direct inquiries, and answer incoming calls
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel massage and facial appointments
• process fitness billing and record member charges
• coordinate supply orders and maintain inventory
• track daily and monthly traffic
• assist with general questions and, as needed, in the gym area
• promote fitness programs, contests, and the fitness department
• provide desk coverage and assist fitness staff with breaks, floor coverage, and orientations. Schedule may include evenings and weekends.
