What you'll do

• Execute weekly outreach activities from the provided playbook
• place and refresh hiring materials at community partner locations
• distribute referral materials and engage associates
• support local hiring events and job fairs
• conduct grassroots canvassing
• report market observations
• maintain activity logs and weekly reports
• serve as a Referral Ambassador
• coordinate material drop-offs and partner touchpoints as directed.
