What you'll do

• Develop relationships with community employers
• conduct vocational assessments
• identify education, training, and employment opportunities aligned with individual goals
• provide job development, placement, coaching, and ongoing employment support
• coordinate with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and community partners
• develop individualized employment and rehabilitation plans
• assist with benefits navigation and financial stability planning
• provide financial literacy education
• maintain compliant service documentation
• participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
