What you'll do

• Train, supervise, and develop roustabout laborers
• coordinate crew transportation and secure and transport job equipment
• inspect and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
• ensure required safety equipment and PPE are available and maintained
• complete job safety analyses, pre-job safety meetings, and field tickets
• communicate job status, hazards, and needs to field management
• perform roustabout construction and maintenance work, including trenching, pipe fitting, fencing, and well-site equipment installation or repair.

Why this role
