What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and prioritize collection efforts
• make outbound collection calls and send emails and correspondence
• research billing discrepancies and disputed invoices
• monitor worklists, call logs, and payment commitments
• escalate high-risk accounts
• review accounts-receivable aging and DSO reports
• document collection activity
• coordinate with Sales, Billing, Credit, and Commercial teams
• assist with credit reviews
• prepare account updates and collection forecasts
• maintain SOX-compliant, audit-ready documentation.
