What you'll do

• Ensure adequate staffing and complete monthly and daily staffing records on time
• secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacations, and call-offs
• maintain the master schedule and clinical staff hours log
• assist payroll with verification of nursing staff hours
• record attendance and communicate issues to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing
• assist facility leadership with daily operations
• report hazards, damaged equipment, and supply issues
• support infection-control and safety practices
• respond to call lights promptly when working in guest care areas
• attend meetings and in-services as directed.
