The pool is intended to identify qualified candidates for current and future clinical therapist openings. Therapists provide assessments, counseling, treatment planning, crisis support, referrals, and therapeutic interventions to help clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs work toward stability and recovery.

What you'll do

• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions
• complete clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, referrals, and documentation
• maintain a client caseload while following agency policies, HIPAA requirements, Kentucky standards, and treatment guidelines
• assess risk, create safety plans, and provide crisis counseling when needed
• participate in weekly case conferences, trainings, and team meetings. Lead Clinical Therapist candidates may also supervise and support therapists, subject to appropriate credentials.
