The Justice-Involved Supervisor role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $30–$34.50 per hour. Serene Health and its affiliated divisions provide comprehensive support and care intended to promote members’ long-term well-being and self-sufficiency. The supervisor leads and supports Lead Care Managers serving justice-involved individuals through California’s Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal Enhanced Care Management program. The role promotes trauma-informed, person-centered care through staff development, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and partnerships across health, justice, housing, and community services.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Lead Care Managers
• monitor caseloads, productivity, and documentation
• provide guidance on complex cases, crisis intervention, safety planning, and multi-system navigation
• support onboarding and training
• conduct chart audits and quality reviews
• maintain partnerships with correctional facilities, probation and parole, behavioral health providers, housing agencies, and community organizations
• carry a caseload as needed
• and use performance data to support workflow and program improvement.
