What you'll do

• Complete MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans in accordance with CMS guidelines and facility policies
• collaborate on individualized resident care plans
• monitor documentation and assessment deadlines
• participate in payer reviews
• educate nursing staff on documentation and compliance
• monitor quality measures
• assist with audits and survey preparation
• protect resident confidentiality under HIPAA.
