What you'll do

• Run second-shift production and distribution for about 30 associates
• build the shift schedule and keep equipment staffed and running
• hire, train, and develop associates
• coach supervisors
• meet daily processing goals while maintaining plant safety
• track and report efficiency, quality, safety, and labor results to the management team.
