Collections Officer

What you'll do

• Contact members by phone, email, or letter to resolve delinquent accounts
• conduct professional, direct conversations
• maintain accounts and restore member access where appropriate
• respond to front-line questions and prioritize tasks
• use skip-tracing tools
• document accounts in collection systems
• recommend charge-offs and repossessions with supporting evidence
• meet performance benchmarks.
