What you'll do

• Supervise property staff
• monitor property appearance and conduct inspections
• manage accounts receivable and review revenue and occupancy reports
• oversee leasing, applicant qualification, lease signings, waiting lists, and compliance
• coordinate maintenance work orders and unit turnovers
• address resident concerns
• manage budgets, spending, contractors, and inventory
• prepare reports
• plan resident events and services
• maintain off-duty availability via a KCDC-provided cell phone
• work a modified weekly schedule and Saturdays as scheduled.
