What you'll do

• Deliver client service and skincare treatments according to protocols
• consult with clients and recommend services and products
• educate clients about services and memberships
• sell retail products
• support booking, check-in, checkout, rebooking, and retention
• maintain appointment schedules, inventory awareness, cleanliness, and brand standards
• attend required training and follow safety and sanitation standards.
