What you'll do

• Lead daily hotel operations and guest service
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop associates
• manage staffing, budgets, expenses, payroll, and operational controls. Monitor performance and revenue opportunities, ensure compliance and safety, inspect rooms and public areas, address maintenance issues, oversee scheduling, inventory, and purchasing, resolve escalated guest concerns, and maintain community and business relationships.
