What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and maintain access records
• monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems
• report unusual activity and maintenance issues
• respond to incidents and critical situations using established escalation procedures
• provide directions and help control visitor flow.
