What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• sell memberships and packages
• rebook appointments and manage the waitlist
• handle client communications by phone, email, and text
• share product knowledge and skincare suggestions and sell retail products where appropriate
• track sales and membership metrics
• keep the studio clean and organized
• share observations and solutions with management.
