This role provides technical leadership in the planning, design, and execution of projects involving electric or gas distribution, transmission, and substations. The engineer mentors junior staff, leads complex performance analysis, and ensures strategic alignment with safety, reliability, and compliance goals.

What you'll do

• Perform program management for T&S equipment and maintenance programs.
• Provide financial reporting and program optimization for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).
• Utilize Python or SQL for program analysis.
• Lead complex engineering tasks, field testing, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate technical issues and recommend resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide peer reviews.
