What you'll do

• supervise the Shop Manager, Project Managers, and Field Crew Leaders
• monitor project status, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• conduct site visits
• coordinate fabrication and field needs
• review drawings and blueprints
• manage job tracking and reporting systems
• lead operational meetings
• uphold safety and OSHA compliance
• support hiring, training, and performance management
• occasionally assist with fabrication or welding if required.
