What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the 847-bed community
• manage leasing goals, tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals
• supervise, train, and support onsite staff
• address resident concerns and resolve conflicts
• coordinate resident events and engagement programs
• monitor the property budget, process invoices, and prepare financial reports
• enforce community policies and lease compliance
• collaborate with university contacts on outreach and marketing.
