What you'll do

• Portion food for meals, snacks, and beverages according to procedures
• safely prepare texture-modified and therapeutic diets
• serve food while following food safety and hygiene procedures
• use appropriate preparation and serving tools and record food temperatures
• follow current procedures and protocols
• set up and take down dining areas
• and assist with kitchen, appliance, and dish cleaning.
