Athletic Trainer/Exercise Physiologist — Assisted Stretching

The Athletic Trainer/Exercise Physiologist role is onsite in Beachwood, OH. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. StretchLab provides one-on-one assisted stretching and guided group stretching classes for clients. The role delivers safe, client-focused stretching sessions and supports client retention and studio membership. It contributes to the studio’s service experience by motivating clients, maintaining accurate notes and recurring appointments, and helping clients pursue their mobility and flexibility goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and group stretch classes for up to six clients
• encourage and motivate clients during sessions
• support membership growth and client retention through sales and lead outreach
• update client notes and book recurring appointments
• ensure safe stretch techniques and enforce studio policies
• attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• address member concerns when applicable
• assist with studio tours and sales as needed
• maintain social media presence for membership and retention
• clean and maintain equipment.
