What you'll do

• Lead administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise systems, servers, operating systems, and infrastructure
• develop system administration standards and practices
• monitor availability, performance, capacity, and security
• plan upgrades, migrations, and modernization
• diagnose complex issues
• lead installation, configuration, integration, and deployment
• maintain backup, recovery, and continuity capabilities
• implement security configurations and access controls
• recommend infrastructure improvements
• maintain technical documentation and procedures
• coordinate with engineering, software, cybersecurity, and stakeholder teams
• ensure compliance
• lead resolution of major incidents
• prepare technical reports and briefings
• mentor systems administrators and technical personnel.
