Commercial Lines Account Technician

The Commercial Lines Account Technician role is onsite in Jefferson City, MO; compensation is not specified. The technician supports commercial account servicing and works with Account Managers to respond to client needs, maintain policy records, and assist with new business setup. Accurate processing and responsive communication help the agency deliver consistent service and support client retention.

What you'll do

• Manage the Select Commercial Certificates inbox and process certificate requests
• process, verify, and issue endorsements in Applied EPIC on behalf of the Account Manager until licensed, for applicable accounts
• issue evidence of insurance and auto ID cards
• attach and distribute audit documentation
• process cancellation and reinstatement notices as assigned
• review carrier websites for payment information as directed
• maintain account documentation
• respond to client and agency communications
• service an assigned small book of commercial accounts focused on monoline auto, general liability, and workers’ compensation
• provide front desk phone and lunch coverage, assist with mail runs, and provide PTO coverage
• support new business account setup, applications, marketing, and rating activities as requested.

Why this role
