What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and programming at the Early Education Center
• support daily schedules and activities
• provide classroom coverage to maintain ratios
• observe classroom practices and services
• use trauma-informed and relationship-based practices
• build relationships with families and coordinate referrals
• support licensing and Step Up To Quality compliance
• assist with reviews, audits, and quality improvement
• provide weekly supervision to Lead and Assistant Teachers
• support staff development
• maintain program documentation and child/family records
• support enrollment, intake, transitions, reporting, and outreach
• collaborate with community partners and other programs.
