What you'll do

• Guide and supervise residents to implement treatment goals
• plan, lead, and teach leisure, recreational, and enrichment activities
• document cottage life, incidents, behavior, medical needs, and treatment observations
• ensure residents attend school, work training, and jobs as scheduled
• plan activities for time outside school.
