What you'll do

• Plan, design, and execute land development projects involving grading, drainage, roadways, and utilities
• manage budgets, schedules, and contracts
• serve as a client contact and provide strategic guidance
• mentor and develop engineers
• ensure compliance with regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• use Civil 3D, GIS, and other tools for design and documentation
• contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development.
