What you'll do

• Prepare and submit the county operating budget
• prepare and manage capital and special-project budgets
• complete approved budget transfers and budget amendments
• prepare personnel and benefit budgets
• review financial documents and journal entries
• present monthly cash-flow reports
• coordinate budget and finance matters with county officials, auditors, and advisors
• serve as risk and debt manager
• prepare revenue and expenditure projections
• manage financial, procurement, and grant policies
• coordinate grant reporting
• supervise the Senior Fiscal Analyst and Payroll Clerk
• provide payroll backup.
