What you'll do

• Answer phones, follow up with prospective residents, and enter traffic information into the appropriate system
• greet clients, tour and lease apartments, and complete leasing paperwork
• support move-ins and inspect apartments after move-in
• respond to resident requests and create service requests
• maintain knowledge of the community and local market
• prepare market surveys
• participate in resident activities
• follow company operations manuals and required training.
